Cream Cheese Pork Meatballs Recipe Cream Cheese Pork Meatballs
Pork Meatballs stuffed with cream cheese, panko crumbs and a good dose of garlic!
Ingredients
  • 1-pound ground pork
  • 1/2-cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2-cup panko crumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
Instructions
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, cream cheese, egg, panko crumbs, garlic and dried oregano.
  • Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add meatballs to skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meat is browned on all sides.
  • Add marinara to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the skillet; cook for 5 minutes or until meatballs are done.
  • Remove meatballs from pan.
  • Serve meatballs with pasta.
